Payments are to be made by cash, money order or cheque, payable to “A.C.A.”

Payment for classes is required Registration Day, September 11, 2010, upon receipt of your confirmed registration. If payment arrangements need to be made, we invite you to speak to the Treasurer, Tracy Speers.

Refunds of class fees are available only if withdrawal is confirmed prior to October 16, 2010 and are subject to a $20 administration fee. No refunds are available after that date.

Dancers not participating in the year end recital must advise the treasurer before December 18, 2010. After this date parents with be invoiced for the costume fee for their child’s dance classes.
